Macaulay Shiomi Howson Ltd. was established in 1981 to provide services to a varied clientele in the realm of municipal planning and development. With collective land use planning experience of more than 90 years, the principals Elizabeth Howson, Lorelei Jones, and Angela Sciberras have had exposure to a wide range of clients, projects and planning issues, on behalf of both private and public interests. This is further supplemented by Peter Cheatley's 35 years of public and private sector experience.

The philosophy of the firm is to maintain good working relationships with both private interests and government officials at all levels, which contributes to a thorough understanding of the planning process in the Ontaro context.
